He Wei, born in Zigong, Sichuan Province, is a member of the Communist Party of China. He received the Ph.D. degree in Aerospace Propulsion Theory and Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University. He is now an associate professor and doctoral supervisor at School of Aerospace Science and Engineering, Sichuan University. Research interests include electric propulsion, new high energy fuel, special propellant, energetic material devices and adjustable and controllable solid rocket motor. He has published more than 20 academic papers as the first author/corresponding author in the field of top SCI academic journals such as Advanced Materials, Chemical Engineering Journal, ACS Applied Materials Interfaces, Combustion and Flame et al. As the project leader, he undertook a number of JKW National Defense Science and Technology **3 Project, JKW Innovation TQ Project, **6 special project, National Natural Science Foundation, Sichuan Province Key research and Development Project, Key Laboratory Fund, North Industries Group project, etc. As the person in charge, he won the national second prize of the Subversive Competition of Yuan Chuang Cup and related project support. As a participant researcher, he has participated in many National Natural Science Foundation projects, National defense projects, etc. He has undertaken undergraduate courses "Theoretical Basis of Aerospace Propulsion" and graduate courses "Aircraft Design", etc.

何伟,籍贯四川自贡,中共党员,博士毕业于西北工业大学航空宇航推进理论与工程专业,获工学博士学位。现就职于四川大学空天科学与工程学院,副教授,博士研究生导师。研究方向为电推进、新型高能燃料研发、特种推进剂研制、含能材料器件及可调可控固体火箭发动机研究,以第一作者/通讯作者在领域顶级SCI学术期刊Advanced Materials、Chemical Engineering Journal、ACS Applied Materials Interfaces、Combustion and Flame等发表学术论文20余篇,其中ESI高被引论文3篇。作为项目负责人承担了JKW国防科技**3计划项目、JKW创新TQ项目、**6专项项目、国家自然科学基金、四川省重点研发项目、重点实验室基金、兵器工业集团项目等多项,以负责任人获得源创杯颠覆性大赛国家级二等奖及相关项目支持,作为参研人员参与了国家自然科学基金面上项目、国防军工项目等多项,承担了本科生课程《航天推进理论基础》、研究生课程《飞行器设计》等。
