肖贵坚，博士，副教授，博士生导师,第11届磨粒技术委员会委员, 中国机械工程学会高级会员，中国航空学会会员，《表面技术》、《金刚石与磨料磨具工程》青年编委。主要研究方向高性能表面完整性加工及其服役性能研究。主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金项目、重庆市产业类重点研发项目等项目，作为子课题负责人参与了国家自然科学基金联合基金项目、国家科技重大专项两机专项等项目。撰写专著3部，发表了论文94篇（其中SCI/EI等论文63篇），申请了国家专利56项（其中国际专利4项、发明专利40项），制定行业标准2项。2018年获中国机械工业联合会一等奖（排名第五）, 2017年获重庆大学科技进步一等奖（排名第五）, 2016年获重庆大学“黄尚廉院士青年创新奖”个人创新奖, 2015年获得了国防科技进步三等奖1项。
Guijian Xiao, is associate professor, is Master's Supervisor and Doctoral Supervisor in College of Mechanical Engineering, Chongqing University, was born in Chongqing, China, in 1986. He received the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in mechanical engineering from Chongqing University, China, in 2011 and 2016, respectively. He took charges of Vice secretary general and director of Chongqing Engineering Graphics Society, Member of 11th Abrasive Technology Committee, Senior Member of Chinese mechanical engineering society, Member of Chinese Society of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Member of IEEE, Young editorial board member of 《Diamond & Abrasives Engineering》. His main research interests is “Study on the Machining Methodology and Service Performance of High Performance Surface Integrity”. He has presided or participated in more than 30 research projects, including, National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Science and Technology Major Project, Technological Innovation and Application Demonstration of Chongqing, Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities, and so on. He has wrote 2 book, published 94 papers, where 63 papers were SCI or EI indexed, he has obtained 2 times Excellent Paper Report and 2 times F5000 Paper and 1 high-impact papers. He has applied 56 patents, including 4 international patents and 40 patents for invention. He has applied 2 industry standard. He has obtained the industry-university-research cooperation innovation achievement award of China Industry-University-Research Institute Collaboration Association (the First Prize) in 2021, The 6thNational Colleges and Universities Teachers Demonstration Teaching and Innovative Pedagogy Observation Competition of Graphics and Mechanical Course (the Second Prize) in 2021, Machinery Industry Federation of China (the First prize) in 2018, Excellent Doctoral Dissertations of Chongqing University in 2018, the Second Outstanding University Alliance Young Teachers' Teaching Innovation Competition (the Third Prize) in 2018, Scientific and Technological Progress of Chongqing University (the First prize) in 2017, Personal Innovation Award of Academician Shanglian Huang Youth Innovation Award of Chongqing University in 2016, and National Defense Science and Technology Progress (the Third Prize) in 2015.
