谢兵,南昌航空大学材料科学与工程学院副教授,硕士生导师。2017年获华中科技大学微电子学与固体电子学博士学位。 2017年6月至2019年9月在华中科技大学材料成形与模具国家重点实验室从事博士后研究工作。2019年10月进入南昌航空大学材料科学与工程学院工作,2019年12月晋升副教授,2020年获硕士生导师资格。目前担任中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专业委员会委员、广西科技库专家、江西省科技厅项目评审专家、Frontiers In Electronic Materials评审编辑;目前担任Nano Energy、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、Dalton Transactions、Journal of Alloys and Compounds等国际期刊审稿人。

目前致力于铁电、压电与热释电、介电储能材料的制备与性能研究。主持国家自然科学基金、中国航空科学基金、江西省自然科学基金面上项目、中国博士后特别资助与中国博士后面上项目等项目多项。在国内外期刊发表论文40余篇,其中以第一作者和通讯作者身份在Nano Energy、Journal of Materials Chemistry A、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Journal of Materials Chemistry C、Composites Part A等学术刊物上发表论文20余篇,2篇为ESI高引用论文,一篇高被引被所发期刊评为Top40 Most Cited Paper;1篇论文入选“Hot Paper”; H子16。

Dr. Bing Xie is currently an Associate Professor of School of Materials Science and Engineering at Nanchang Hangkong University. He received his Ph.D. degree in Microelectronics and Solid-State Electronics at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2017. He won the honors and awards such as Lam Research-HUST Outstanding Paper Award and Outstanding PhD graduate of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2017. From June of 2017 to September of 2019, he was a postdoctoral fellow at the State Key Laboratory of Material Processing and Die & Mould Technology, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Bing Xie started his appointment at Nanchang Hangkong University in October 2019. He has published more than 40 SCI-indexed papers in high-impacted journals, such as Nano Energy, Journal of Materials Chemistry A (C), ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces and Acta Materialia. He hosted over 6 scientific research projects, such as Aeronautical Science Foundation of China, National Nature Science Foundation of China and China Postdoctoral Science Foundation funded project. He served as a Review Editor of Frontiers in Electronic Materials. He is a Member of the Professional Committee of Electronic Components Key Materials and Technology of China Instrument Functional Materials Society.
